Payment Terms

This page outlines the payment terms and conditions for purchases made on the DEKTA TRADING SA online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which are in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • Instant EFT via secure payment gateways
  • Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

2. Currency

All prices on our store are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991.

3. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. DEKTA TRADING SA  does not store your full card details. Our payment processing complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and verified. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. In accordance with the ECT Act, this email serves as your electronic proof of transaction.

5. Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that prices displayed on our store are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

6. VAT

DEKTA TRADING SA  is a VAT-registered business. Where applicable, VAT is included in the displayed price. A VAT invoice can be provided upon request.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details or contact your bank. You are welcome to retry your order once the issue is resolved.

8. Fraud Prevention

DEKTA TRADING SA  reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. We may request additional verification before processing certain orders.
