Shipping Policy


At DEKTA TRADING SA, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. This policy is in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (South Africa): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (South Africa): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Curalux is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. If the package is not collected or a re-delivery is not arranged within the specified timeframe, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Risk of Loss

In accordance with the CPA, risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
