Curalux is a trading company based in South Africa supplying commercial equipment including display fridges, catering equipment, shipping containers, and display units.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). DEKTA TRADING SA reserves the right to amend pricing without prior notice. Prices do not include delivery unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. For large or custom orders, a deposit may be required before processing.

5. Delivery Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability and location. Commercial equipment may have extended lead times. We will communicate estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability DEKTA TRADING SA  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

8. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
